Heimaten Mosaic invites queer, migrant BIPOC FLINTA* (female, lesbian, inter-sexual, non-binary, trans, agender) individuals who are affected by marginalization to reinterpret Heimat—home—as a living, plural concept shaped by memory, presence, and imagination. Across three stages, the project explores how belonging is formed in Berlin through storytelling, art, and somatic practices.

The Past reflects on migration journeys through zine-making, sound, and poetry. The Present highlights the ongoing process of creating Heimaten in Berlin through interactive mapping and festivals centering queer BIPOC voices. The Future explores how home can be reimagined through collective voice and movement workshops, using the body as a site of care, connection, and possibility.
