This audio walk tells the stories of 106 Black children, women, and men who came to Berlin in 1896, for the so-called 1st German Colonial Exhibition, held as part of the Great Industrial Exposition in Treptower Park in Berlin. Retold gives voice to their stories and brings participants back to the historical site. The audio walk is led by one of its authors, Vincent Bababoutilabo.
