In the workshop 90 METRES, film strips appliquéd with clay and earth and subsequently exposed by hatschisi art will be further manipulated and crafted. Using pens, scratching tools, and lacquers, the films will be transformed, superimposed, and recoded. Each of the foregoing processes remains present on the film strip as a referent while simultaneously being shifted into a new level of meaning. In an installation that concludes the event, the strips will be both projected and displayed in all their materiality.
